QC checklist for Litbuy spreadsheet finds

Use this before a product reaches your final shortlist. It is designed for the whole browsing path: finding a link, reading the listing, checking QC photos, estimating cost, and deciding whether to ship.

Link pass

  • Does the item match the exact category you wanted?
  • Is the product page still active and readable?
  • Are color, size, version, and option names clear?
  • Can you explain why this link is worth saving?

Listing pass

  • Are material, dimensions, and size details stated clearly?
  • Does the price still make sense after fees and shipping?
  • Are seller notes specific enough to be useful?
  • Can you find at least one similar item for comparison?

QC pass

  • Check overall shape from front, side, and back.
  • Review seams, stress points, glue, edge paint, or hardware.
  • Confirm measurements against your own reference item.
  • Ask for missing angles before approving shipment.

Cost pass

  • Estimate domestic and international shipping impact.
  • Think about packaging, box weight, and parcel volume.
  • Remove weak items before they make the parcel expensive.
  • Keep a note if a cheap item becomes poor value after shipping.

Decision pass

  • Mark what you still do not know.
  • Compare at least one similar option.
  • Save only links with enough detail to check again later.
  • Close the tab if the main evidence is still missing.

After delivery

  • Record whether sizing and quality matched the notes.
  • Keep seller, batch, and category notes for next time.
  • Separate lucky finds from repeatable evidence.
  • Update your personal checklist before another order.
